We're a small, family-owned candy shop, and we stand behind every order we send out. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

When we'll make it right

If your order arrives damaged or isn't edible, we want to hear from you. Candy should arrive the way we packed it — fresh, intact, and ready to enjoy. Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll take care of you.

How it works

  1. Snap a photo of the damaged or inedible item — this helps us understand what happened and improve our packing.
  2. Send us a message with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your photo.
  3. We'll work with you — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund. We're flexible. Your satisfaction matters to us.

Please note

Because our candy is a perishable food product, we're only able to assist with items that arrive damaged or are not edible. We can't accept returns for other reasons. We appreciate your understanding, and we truly do our best to get every order right the first time.
